Trapped in a Bubble

These plastic ball shaped items represent a bubble. I then hung them in different compositions from the window, some with smaller balls with materials from the beach in them.

The artist that has inspired me is Carlos Morales Rodriguez and his picture ‘self-isolation’. His work has inspired me as I understand the feeling of being trapped in a bubble.

With lockdown I felt that I was stuck in a bubble, unable to leave. I want to communicate that being in your own bubble helps keep you and others safe. If the bubble pops, then you would fall into the sea where you have a 50/50 chance.
